Author Lynda Renham….
Perfect Weddings is a real funny book. I was laughing a lot while reading about Amy Fisher.
Amy Fisher is a mortician who deals with dead people, until her failed wedding. She did not get her perfect wedding to Greg, who doesn’t show up at the church and leaves her feeling like he dumped her in the worst way because she was fat.. So she decided she’ll never love again and gets fit to win him back some day.. While starting Perfect weddings to give others their perfect wedding, she would do it all and loved seeing the brides having their perfect day… Until one call for her wedding help almost makes her lose her mind and played havoc with emotionally state. Will this be a wedding disaster? Or a perfect close on Amy old life leaving her free to love again?
I loved the characters in this book like: Amy, Auntie Val, Rose and Georgie they are great characters to follow each with very different and funny personalities. By the end of the book you’ll wish you had friends like them…
I also felt this book had some nice scenes of new friends and family helping in their own ways. In some ways reminded me of those family members that feel they know best and have you rolling your eyes at them a little…
I think this is the perfect light summer read that will have you laughing and unable to put the book down until the end.
Give this book a go. Out on the 12 April…
Every bride wants a perfect wedding and that includes Georgina Winters. Amy Perfect is the crème de la crème of wedding planners so who best to plan Georgina s wedding… except the man Georgina plans to marry is the same man who jilted Amy three years ago. Will her plan to give Georgina the most imperfect wedding backfire on her? Is this the chance for Amy to win back the love of her life, or will insufferable Ben Garret put a spanner in the works? Arab princes, spoilt brides and wedding catastrophes make Perfect Weddings a page-turning romantic comedy that will keep you guessing until the very last page.
